5:44 p.m. - 11/20/2005 I ws GOING to weigh in yesterday. Really I was. But TOM came to visit and I thought it best not to. We did 8 loads of laundry today with another 4 still to go but we ran out of quarters. Going to the gym tomorrow night, as well as Tues. and Wed. I need to get back into it. That also leaves me with 2 days before my next weigh-in without working out. Seems like if I work-out consistently and then weigh in, I build muscle and weigh more. But if there are a few days in between, I am better for some reason. Ok, going to make some dinner. Used all my flex points last week. I only want to use half this week if I can...without depriving myself. Here's to a great week girls! Hope you are both feeling good! ~Jenn
