1:04 p.m. - 07/11/2006 I wrote a really good entry here, but wanted to update you both in case you didn't read it. I weighed in at 208.2. 5 pound loss in almost 3 weeks. I've eaten: A Soy Coffee drinky thing (and it was YUMMY! and worth all 200 cals), fresh fruit, FF yogurt and Kashi granola bar. I am debating going down and getting soup as well. That's it here. Still in pity party mode (go read the entry).
